Yesterday Google announced Samsung Galaxy S4 with stock Android. It runs on stock Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, will also get the latest Android update once it is in the air like the nexus devices and will be sold via Google Play in the United States for $649 from June 26.
Samsung Galaxy S4 with stock Android is a factory and bootloader unlocked.
