Google Edition of Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One went on sale through Google Play Store in USA. Samsung Galaxy S4 to be sold at $649 (₹39,000*) while HTC One at $599 (₹36,400*). These devices to only work on GSM networks. There are no words from Google as of now about the device availability on other regions.

Got 8GB (5GB user memory) on internal Storage and can be expandable upto 64GB via microSD card. Has a 8MP rear shooter and 1.9MP front camera for video calling. Houses 1,900mAh battery and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Will be available in two colours White Frost and Black Mist. Have connectivity options like NFC (LTE), WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth 4.0. Yesterday Google announced Samsung Galaxy S4 with stock Android. It runs on stock Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, will also get the latest Android update once it is in the air like the nexus devices and will be sold via Google Play in the United States for $649 from June 26.
Samsung Galaxy S4 with stock Android is a factory and bootloader unlocked.
